Project Overview
Amalan Indonesia is the pioneering debt management company in Indonesia, with the challenge of raising brand awareness and educating the public about debt management and their services. As a Social Media Specialist, I face the exciting challenge of promoting a company whose services are still unfamiliar to many. My responsibilities include managing platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn. I collaborate with the Content Manager to plan campaigns, write content, organize our content library, host live events, and monitor all social media activities. Through awareness and educational content, we are successfully helping people understand debt management and find solutions to debt issues.

My Process:
Since debt management was new to me, I participated in internal training to learn about amalan's services, target audience, and the latest financial trends. With no direct competitors in Indonesia, I looked at international brands and other financial companies for insights.

Armed with insights, I took these key steps:
Aligned social media personas with amalan's image of professionalism, credibility, and care.
Updated the visual design for a cleaner, fresher look.
Created strategic content addressing audience pain points, like overcoming debt, managing finances, and seeking professional help.
Shared this content across all channels.
Team Collaboration
To achieve our marketing goals, I collaborate closely with the Content Manager to align strategy and content creation. I also partner with Visual Designers and Video Producers to craft engaging content. To reach new audiences, I work alongside Performance Marketers. This collaboration allows me to monitor and analyze each piece of content and channel, optimizing them for future projects.
