In 2018, the rise of online print shops pushed ILITHO to develop a "Web to Print" platform to cater to online customer orders. This new system required time to build, integrate shipping and payment gateways, and establish a digital marketing strategy to support its launch.

With the support of a third-party partner, we successfully built and launched the Web to Print system. Our marketing efforts included encouraging offline customers to transition to online ordering through the platform and executing email marketing campaigns targeted at both existing and new customers.

Our efforts paid off with 150+ orders during the platform's initial launch. Within six months, we converted 300+ customers to the Web to Print system, achieving a 10% increase in online sales.
